By accessing and using Reevee ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Reevee is an AI-powered revenue intelligence platform designed for mobile app publishers. The Service provides analytics, insights, and intelligent tools to monitor and optimize app revenue from Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This includes real-time revenue tracking, revenue forecasting, and AI-driven recommendations powered by advanced machine learning models.
3. User Accounts
When you create a Reevee account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Reevee, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REEVEE AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
